WHAT WE LOVE: Our walkable community Destin Pointe is located on Holiday Isle, which provides the absolutely breathtaking sunsets and full access to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin Harbor. We also have the best view of weekly Fireworks! Beat the traffic and opt for a water taxi to take you to all your favorite spots! Or hop in the car for a short drive to convenient shopping and the best restaurants in town. There is also a private shuttle that will pick you right up at the house and take you to and from the beach. (**Please note: The shuttle is temporarily on a break) However the community is very walkable and the community has allowed a temporary (15 minute) Loading/Unloading parking spaces near the beach entrance! (*See above) Seasonal tram service will run March 2 - October 31, Wednesday - Sunday 9 am - 5:30 pm (last pick up at 5:15 pm). Lunch break from 2 pm - 2:30 pm daily. We do have our pool cleaned twice a week during peak season on Monday and Friday, but please keep in mind you are in a hot and tropical environment and sometimes there are some bugs. If you request a heated pool we will send instructions once you arrive along with fee. DETAILS & AMENITIES: This beach house easily has enough room for two families with over 2500 sq ft of living space - We provide STARTER KITS of soap, shampoo and conditioner - KITCHEN: the large kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, new Keurig Duo Brewer, K Cups and all appliances to enjoy your stay - LAUNDRY: there is a stackable washer and dryer available for your convenience - LIVING & DINING ROOM: the living room boasts large French doors that open up directly to the front porch, which is great for indoor/outdoor living. It makes sitting out on the patio an enjoying the beautiful warm weather a treat. - Plenty of seating with beautiful dining table, bar stools, couches and easy access to all seating on the front porch and private pool ~BEDROOMS~ 8 BEDS! - BEDROOM 1: Primary suite with King Bed and private en suite with Juliette patio that overlook the pool (Upstairs) - BEDROOM 2: Secondary King Bed with full bath (Upstairs) - BEDROOM 3: Twin Bunk Room with private en suite (Upstairs) - BEDROOM 4: Queen Bed with direct pool access. Absolutely no unattended children In the pool area! - PARKING: 4 cars max. Parking passes will be handed out upon arrival at the security gate in the entrance of the community. We provide all linens for the unit including beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Basic spices are included and stocked in the kitchen.
Other Details to Note
- Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. - Quiet Hours: As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, quiet hours (11pm-6am) are strictly enforced. The City of Destin requires QUIET TIME to be 10PM - 6AM for this residential property. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. - Occupancy Limits: Per City Code, the Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 16 INDIVIDUALS, including guests. Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit will result in a fine from both local authorities and the host of $250. A breach of this rule will also result in the guest being asked to leave. - Parties/ Events: Events or parties are not allowed - BEACH ACCESS: there are 2 beaches in the community, but only one is for guest access. Please utilize the beach that is next to the new infinity pool. You can rent chairs and umbrellas down at the beach or bring our beach chairs from the house. For directions: driving into the community, turn left after entering community and down on your left you will see the new infinity pool with the beach access walkway next to it! Please feel free to use the unloading/loading zone to drop off guests and supplies. Enjoy!! - Parking: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the street. There is a fine for street parking. - Age Limit: Must be at least 25 years or older to rent - Pool & Spa: - The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK with NO DIVING ALLOWED in each. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool. - Children must be supervised in the pool area at all times. - No running. - The pool will be professionally cleaned every Monday and Friday during the high season (March - September) and once a week on Mondays the rest of the year REFUND POLICY: - There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control. *Please note to access the downstairs you must walk outside and down the side stairs to the side entrance. All linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home. Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay

Pick up and drop off at Norreigo Point, which is a short 3 minute drive from the community. Beautiful way to see Destin from the water! Take the kids to visit Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, two miles away, with slides like Kowabunga Racer, Hammerhead, and Maui Pipeline Slides. Close to the famous CRAB ISLAND - Seasonal tram service will run March 20th- September 9th, Monday-Sunday 9am-5:30pm (last pickup 5:15pm). Lunch Break from 2 pm-2:30 pm daily.
