Prime Season Rentals are weekly- Sunday to Sunday ** If interested in anything less than a weekly rental please send an inquiry to be approved! Parties/Events: Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information. Age Limit: We welcome any responsible group (additional fees apply if under 25 see below). If the majority of the adult guests are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book.If everyone is under 21 we not allow alcohol on the property. Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally cleaned once a week. Please do not allow children in the hot tub unsupervised. Once finished with the hot tub please place lid back on securely. Refund Policy: There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are our of our control.
